PATINAAI — Terms of Service

PatinaAI (patinaai.net) is a personal-scale CS2 inventory value tracker operated by a private individual in the EU. By creating an account you accept these terms.

The service

PatinaAI values your CS2 inventory against public market data, tracks cost basis and positions you enter, and offers analysis tools including an AI analyst. It is read-only against Steam: it cannot buy, sell, list, or send trade offers on your behalf, ever.

Not financial advice

Every price is indicative, computed from crawled data that can be stale, thin, or wrong. The AI analyst can be wrong with complete confidence. Nothing here is investment advice, no outcome is assured, and every decision and its risk are yours alone.

Your account

• Sign-in is through Steam; you are responsible for your Steam account's security.
• Your extension token is a credential — keep it private and rotate it if exposed.
• You may delete your account and all your data at any time from the Account tab.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, no automated scraping of the app, no using it for unlawful purposes, and no resale of its data. The operator may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or endanger the service, and may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Plans, ads and payments

The free plan includes a daily allowance of AI analyst questions and may display advertising. Pro removes the ads, unlocks your full inventory (trade-locked items and per-copy floats) and makes the analyst unlimited. Pro is offered on three billing cycles, all priced in US dollars: $5/month billed yearly ($60), $7/month billed quarterly ($21), or $9/month billed monthly. Prices are exclusive of any tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices and quotas may change with reasonable notice, and a change never affects a period you have already paid for. Payment is handled by Stripe, which sends you a receipt for each charge.

Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal

You can cancel any time from Account → Manage subscription (the Stripe billing portal). Cancelling stops the next renewal; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the unused part of a period is not refunded.

Pro is digital content that is made available to you immediately. When you subscribe you expressly ask for access to begin at once and you acknowledge that, once it has begun, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU consumer law would otherwise give you for a distance purchase. This does not affect your rights if the service is faulty or not as described, nor any mandatory consumer rights under EU or national law.

Third parties

Market data originates from Steam and third-party marketplaces under their own terms. PatinaAI is not affiliated with Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike is a trademark of Valve.

Liability

The service is provided as is, free of charge, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is liable only for intent and gross negligence. Mandatory consumer rights under EU and national law remain unaffected.
