CS2 Reverse Trade-Up Calculator
Name the skin you want and work the contract backwards: the exact inputs, the floats they must average for your wear, the odds, and what it costs. Knives and gloves included.
How the reverse works
Every tradeable skin belongs to exactly one collection, so the contract that produces it is fixed: ten skins one grade below, from that same collection. With a pure contract every skin in the next grade up is equally likely, which makes your odds one in the size of that pool, and mixing another collection in can only dilute them. This page shows the pool your target competes with, the feeder skins with live prices, and the cost of ten.
Hitting the wear you want
The output float is not the average of your input floats. The game first normalizes each input to its own float range, averages those positions, and maps the result into the target's range. That is why this page speaks in required average normalized float, and then translates it into concrete numbers for the feeder you pick. The details live in float and wear explained.
Knives and gloves too
Since October 2025, five Coverts from a case produce one item from that case's gold pool, every time. Search a knife here to see which cases can produce it, the pool it competes with, and the five cheapest Coverts to feed the contract. Then sanity check the price with a live price check before you buy anything.
