SCAR-20 | Palm is a Industrial Grade rifle skin from The Dust Collection. Its float runs 0.06 to 0.8, so the wear you get sets both its look and its price. The SCAR-20 is a semi-automatic sniper rifle that trades a high rate of fire and powerful long-distance damage for sluggish movement speed and big price tag. It has been spray-painted using cardboard cutouts, fine mesh, and palm leaves as stencils.

Each chip is one wear's float window on this finish and the best net you could collect for it today. Palm runs 0.06 to 0.8 overall, so some wears cover less of their tier than usual.
