SCAR-20 | Carbon Fiber

It drops from the DreamHack 2013 Souvenir Package, EMS One 2014 Souvenir Package, ESL One Cologne 2015 Train Souvenir Package and more. The SCAR-20 is a semi-automatic sniper rifle that trades a high rate of fire and powerful long-distance damage for sluggish movement speed and big price tag. It has been painted using a carbon fiber hydrographic over a graphite base coat. Just because I carried my team doesn't mean it wasn't a team effort - Rona Sabri, Rising Star

Each chip is one wear's float window on this finish and the best net you could collect for it today. Carbon Fiber runs 0 to 0.12 overall, so some wears cover less of their tier than usual.
